Frequently Asked Questions

"The weekly reflections caused me to look at myself and what I was doing versus what I was saying I was doing. I had to face what it really was for my demise. The calls with the group were very helpful too."

Kenyetta

"My mindset shifted in significant ways, so much so that I don't feel like food is a coping mechanism anymore.

I have longer term health, fitness, and wellness goals to reach, but I feel like this program helped me clear some necessary headspace that can lead me to being more successful in the future."

Kristal

"It was a must program for me, I’ve learned so much about myself. The modules made me aware of my problems/issues that were causing me to give up so easily with my workouts and everyday life."

Jacqueline

Leslie says:

"I had a great experience during the program. It was by no means easy, but I appreciated getting to know myself again through the weekly exercises and the flexibility and open communication that I had with Kristen about my needs (e.g. home workouts, accountability check-ins, etc.)"

Tracy says:

I’ve gotten the most benefits from the workout plans because I don’t have to think about what exercises I need to do. Also, the exercises in the workout plan build on one another so you can see progress in your strength, endurance, and flexibility.

The coach messaging helps because I can get clarification or feedback about the training or how to adjust when life gets hectic.

Kristal says:

Kristen has created a community with B3 that encourages you to show up as your full self, be supported and find community as you are, and then grow and thrive to your fullest potential at your own pace.

Loving encouragement and consistent accountability is there for you, all you have to do is avail yourself of the many tools and resources Kristen makes available.

Shineah says:

I just happened to see Kristen on IG and she included modified exercises which I need for my knees. She was so positive and encouraging so I joined a challenge then signed up to be part of the B3 Community.

This is where I discovered a SAFE place of even more positive and encouraging women.

Ashley says:

"I feel stronger and more equipped to continue with working out consistently, in addition to eating healthier and making wiser decisions. We aren’t ALWAYS going to be the most athletic or healthiest, but know that we can continue TRYING to make better decisions."

Claudia says:

"I had the belief that beginning a journey towards healthy living meant spending hours at the gym every day. I'm learning the value of pacing and consistency with exercise and healthy eating."
