B3 Community

The B3 Community is all about women supporting each other in making sustainable changes to their lives to improve their mental and physical health. This safe space free of the common focus on dieting and weight loss. We are creating healthy habits because we deserve to be and feel better!

​My programs are meant to be a reasonable starting place for becoming more active, increasing strength and remaining consistent with healthy habits and routines overall.

These program are NOT weight loss programs. They are health focused with accommodations for those who are recovering from injury, surgery, postpartum, health conditions, mental health challenges, life hardships, and anything else that makes taking care of yourself difficult.

Beginners Program

$59 PER MONTH

If you are new to working out, returning after a long hiatus, or need a low-impact program for any other reason, this is the program for you! Get access to my fitness app for a structured, beginner-friendly program to follow. No more guessing and debating what you should do for your workout - this is it! Program can be completed at home or at the gym

This program tier includes:

  • Structured, progressive workout program (3 workouts/week)

  • Community support and group challenges

  • Two-way messaging with your coach (me!)

  • On-demand workout library

  • Quarterly habit challenges

  • Exclusive mini-courses for personal development

Equipment Required:

  • 5lb and 10lb dumbbells

  • Fitness mat

  • Chair/workout bench

Intermediate Program

$59 PER MONTH

Not new to the workout life but need something simple? The Intermediate Program Tier is probably for YOU!

 

This program has the right balance of challenge and convenience to make being consistent much more doable! With the option to complete from home or the gym, expect combo moves, exercises from the floor, and encouragement to increase weight along the way.

This program tier includes:

  • Structured, progressive workout program (3 workouts/week)

  • Community support and group challenges

  • Two-way messaging with your coach (me!)

  • On-demand workout library

  • Quarterly habit challenges

  • Exclusive mini-courses for personal development

  • 5lb- 15lbs dumbbells 

  • Fitness mat

  • Chair/workout bench

Be Well Program
