When will I receive my item?
Merch items are currently under a pre-order launch from February 1 - February 13, 2022. Customers can expect to receive items within 4 weeks after pre-order window closes.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Conditions + Terms
By placing an order at b3bykristen.com/shop, you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Returns + Exchanges
Refunds can be provided for misprinted, damaged, or defective items only.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after your product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
