Our goal is to move for at least 10 minutes every day in January.
Any purposeful movement you do for 10-minutes counts. You are encouraged to think outside the box (and the gym) about ways to move your body.

This challenge is about consistency.

The Movement Challenge is grounded in the principles taught in the Mastering Consistency Course—a mindset-focused program designed to help participants step out of all-or-nothing patterns and build sustainable habits anchored in regular movement.

During the challenge, participants who opt-in to deeper support will engage with course concepts alongside reflection questions inside the B3 by Kristen app.
