Offering Individual and Couples Therapy Sessions

My therapy approach involves a blend of cognitive-behavioral concepts, attachment theory, and family systems theory to increase your awareness of how core values, beliefs and behaviors were shaped within your family of origin and multi-generational lineage. From this discovery, it is my hope to help you change and/or improve the aspects of your life that you desire.

Individual Therapy

60-MINUTE SESSIONS

Life's challenges can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns and unsure how to move forward. It’s easy to fall into habits that temporarily soothe but ultimately keep you trapped in cycles of stress, anxiety, or disconnection. ​

I specialize in helping individuals break free from the habits and beliefs that hold them back. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional eating, or relationship challenges, I provide a supportive space to explore, heal, and make change.

 

My therapeutic approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and family systems theory to identify the root causes of your struggles and develop practical strategies to create a more balanced and fulfilling life. â€‹

I can support you in:

  • Overcoming anxiety, chronic stress, and depression

  • Healing from codependency and improving boundary-setting skills

  • Addressing addiction and problem substance use

  • Managing emotional eating and body image concerns

  • Strengthening communication and emotional connection in relationships

  • Navigating life transitions, including post-career identity shifts

  • Developing consistent routines and habits for holistic well-being

I do not bill insurance for therapy sessions. For clients who wish to use their insurance, I can provide a superbill with all necessary information to submit claims for reimbursement.

Couples Therapy

Couples and family therapy is for those in a partnership desiring to improve the quality of their relationship, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. My approach for couples therapy is to support partners in hearing each other in communication, setting healthier boundaries, and disrupting dysfunctional cycles. I am also a Prepare and Enrich Certified Facilitator which is especially helpful for premarital couples and couples seeking restoration. An initial couples intake is required for all new couples.

Common presenting issues for clients I work with:

  • Codependency

  • Conflict resolution and communication skills

  • Addiction and recovery challenges

  • Premarital counseling and newlywed adjustments

  • Concerns related to in-laws and blended families

90-MINUTE SESSIONS

I do not bill insurance for couples therapy. I can provide you with the appropriate documentation, known as a superbill, to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance about out of network claims.

Please Note: All new couples must schedule an intake to begin therapy.
