B3 Membership Program ($19.99/month)

The membership program provides access to the B3 Membership Library of workouts and all live workouts/training sessions offered each month. You can subscribe to this program at any time to track your movement, access workout ideas, and mark your progress

10 Bodyweight HIIT Workouts
10 Bodyweight Strength Workouts
15 Dumbbell Workouts
20+ Live Recorded Workouts

Access to all live workouts and training sessions

Online Training Programs ($129/month)

Workouts vary from strength training, HIIT workouts, cardio sessions, and stretching/flexibility. Demos and instructions included.

Be Well Program
